You can return the product you received as a basic rule within 30 days from the delivery date.
o Exchanges must be made with the original box or packaging absolutely.
o Items whose original box / packaging is damaged, lost resaleability, and are in a condition that can not be bought by another customer are not accepted.
o You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies of you) and the reason for the return, along with the product you wish to return.
o If the products / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is paid by our company. In this case, you must also submit your contract with the agreed delivery place. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to your party.
o The incoming product is first reviewed by the Return Department. If necessary, the product is shipped to the authorized service or supplier for testing. If it meets the above conditions, the refund will be initiated. The duration of this process varies between 3 and 10 days.
o When the return is confirmed, a message will be sent to your mail address in our system stating the product price and requesting your bank account information. When you receive this massage, you should send a request mail to our customer service on our site that you have selected one of the options for your product or money order. If you request a money order, your credit card will be deposited with your credit card if your order is returned within 2 business days at the latest, or your bank account will be deposited with the account information if it is created by wire transfer.
